Each month, Early Learning Resource Centers are asked to nominate an early learning program for accomplishments they’ve recently made to spotlight on the PA’s Promise for Children website.
The following providers were nominated by their Early Learning Resource Center for the month of April 2019.
Providers: Divine Mercy Catholic Academy-West Campus (DMA-West), Windber Before/After School Program (Windber Elementary School), and Conemaugh Township Before/After School Program (Conemaugh Township Elementary School)
The above providers are being nominated for providing quality care for children and moving up to a STAR 2.
The three providers, Lori Kilpatrick, Rachael Rowcliffe and Angela McCloskey of the above Before and After School Care Programs are nominated for the work they’d done in improving the quality of before and afterschool options.
Each of the Directors took the initiative of working in the same legal entity and pulling together as a team to support each other to make this movement happen.
What great team work and motivation!
