Concerns About Your Child’s Development: CONNECT Helpline

The CONNECT Helpline assists in locating resources and finding information regarding child development for children ages birth to age five.

The CONNECT Helpline can assist families in finding their local child development programs, and can also link families to their local Early Intervention program if they have a developmental concern.

The CONNECT Helpline can help families find local child care, Head Start or pre-k programs for their young children.

Early Learning Resource Center and Child Care Works Helpline

The Child Care Works Helpline can help families find child care, provide info on what to look for in quality child care, and provide info about paying for child care.

Find your local Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) at www.raiseyourstar.org or call the Child Care Works Helpline at 1-877-4-PA-KIDS (877-472-5437).
