Amanda and Robert, mom and dad of David, Ava and Gabriel share how the Early Head Start/Head Start program has provided support for their family.
We have been in the (Head Start/Early Head Start) program since October 2020. With a house full of small children, each one is special in their own way. I love having Children’s Advocacy come into my home because they do assessments to see if my children are delayed or not. If they are, they can get us in touch with additional services. I also enjoy having the adult interactions being as we have been socially distanced for over a year. It is also nice getting ideas for crafts and activities that help them with their development. This is the most helpful program I have the pleasure of being a part of in this most difficult of times.
