The staff and I were all very disappointed to hear that we would no longer be included in your caseload. I appreciate how helpful you have been, especially during our rough patches. It was refreshing to feel like you were genuinely here to help us not only be in full compliance, but also make suggestions and offer insight to help us provide the best care that we can.
