Their Thoughts on PA Pre-K Counts

February 8th, 2017
Erie County, Stories

Families from the Union City Early Connections PA Pre-K Counts program share their thoughts on their child’s and families experiences with the early learning program.

  • What I like best about PA Pre-K Counts is the social interaction and curriculum. ~Tanya H.
  • What I like best about PA Pre-K Counts is the great teachers. I like that they offer to younger children. Great program.
  • What I like most about PA Pre-K Counts is the communication. I enjoy the daily note on what my child did and ate that day. It allows me to know exactly what she did that day, and gives us things to talk about after preschool.
  • What I like best about PA Pre-K Counts is the staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome and they truly care for my child and all children. We had reservations about sending our child to school and honestly even though it’s a drive and out of our way we made the absolutely best choice at Union City Early Connections. ~Sara H.
  • What I like best about PA Pre-K Counts is that they take every precaution they can concerning my sons allergy. The staff is outstanding and friendly. ~Kerri B.
  • Teachers and staff seem to genuinely care for my children and lookout for their best interest.
  • My kid loves to go to PA Pre-K Counts and has learned so much! ~ Sara E.

Lessons for Lilly

April 13th, 2015
Erie County, Stories

I’m not exactly sure where to start our story. Our daughter Lilly has been part of the PA Pre-K Counts program offered at the Corry YMCA now for two years. She wasn’t old enough to go to Kindergarten this past school year, so we were extremely fortunate for her to be a part of Mrs. Fox & Mrs. Huggler’s class again.

My family is your everyday ordinary family (more…)
