Allegheny County’s Vincentian Child Development Center recently received designation as a Keystone STAR 4 child care facility from the PA Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL).

We had a great experience with this program [PA Pre-K Counts]. My child loved coming every day and was always excited about what he was learning. I was very amazed at how fast he progressed in not only his learning, but behavior and social skills as well.
I think it is a very beneficial program and I hope it stays here at Dunbar Borough.
