Mifflin County School District was awarded $1,323,285.00 in the second year of the PA Keystones to Opportunity grant. Keystones to Opportunity (KtO) is part of the federal Striving Readers grant, an initiative that allows local school districts to partner with the community to improve literacy outcomes for students from birth through grade 12.
